Hmm… They and their ISP can also report you guys to the FBI and Homeland Security. If I’m not mistaken DDOS attacks are labeled under the PATRIOT act as an act of terrorism. Seeing as how you not only crippled their server but as well whoever else was located in that data center no doubt you caused hundreds if not thousands of other companies to loose out on revenues among other things. As you guys have plainly taken responsibility for all this I’d say ya’ll are the ones who are fucked!

It went like this: welcome area started filling up with LOLCubes, with particle spam and noise, everyone there hardly seemed to notice, about 4-5 minutes later they were all gone and the av banned. 3 minutes later it happened again with the same result: 4-5 minutes later the cubes were gone and the av banned, no one seemed to be bothered.
That’s the extent of the PN? That’s the power of their “creativity” and “scripting might”? Dropping a billion-timed used unimaginative, unobtrusive, and unnoticed cube rezzer script with some stupid picture on it for the full 4-5 minutes before a LL employee takes about 30 seconds out of his day to remove the account and the cubes. No one was particularly bothered, no one was impressed, many didn’t even notice, as they had gone AFK and by the time they had come back the pathetic slap of a griefer attack was over.

Same thing happened to Woodbury’s sandbox about a month or so ago. One of them got on an alt (pussy) and spammed it full of cubes with their little logo on it. I just kept returning it until he flew to one of our other sims to spam it. I didn’t follow him, because I didn’t give a shit if he filled it or crashed it or not. When he came back, I continued to return his cubes while still working, then another mod turned off build and script.
The funny thing was, Pix had been teleported in along with him to report it and the guy was hastily sending her pictures of the cubes seconds before I simply returned them. I talked with her after the guy gave up and hovered on the sim boarder and we both agreed that it was pretty lame.
