Fannie Carter - Post 6 Grrrrl

[Note from Justine- I've known Fannie Carter for a couple of months, ever since I started writing the occasional review for SexySecond. Fannie is one of the regular bloggers over there, and I was immediately taken by her looks and by her spirit. Fannie is funny, kind, and scary smart. I only hope, as always, my pictures do her justice]

Hi Second Life Herald, my name is Fannie.

Justine Babii offered up a spot as a Post 6 Girl way back when we met and I said "Yeah! Wooo! Thank you girl!" and then, when she wasn't looking, I went and googled it because I had no damn idea what she was talking about. I started reading this blog that day and now here I am, in my birthday suit too. I tried to tell some of my Second Life friends about this blog because y'all are mean, and y'all are funny, and y'all need to get a life all at the same time, but I gave up because you can't really describe the Herald. Hell, I read this everyday now, so whatever you're doing, keep it up.

In real life I'm older than dirt and have raised my family and shooed them out the door to their own lives. I play Second Life because it beats sitting around knitting and waiting to die, or waiting for the kids to come visit. I spent a few months here seeing the sights and making the rounds and now I enjoy blogging for SexySecond. Second Life is a wild place that I'm happy to be a part of.

I have no products to flog or friends who need a shout, no political causes to support right this minute or issues I feel the need to bring to your attention so I'm running out of things to say. I'm pleased to be here, I think Justine is a wonderful girl and I'm honored to have been photographed by her, and like I said, the mean streets of the Herald are special so I'm happy to be a tiny piece of its history.

I don't want to assume, but because people have asked previous models; Panther outfit is Winter Savage by Feral Spirit. Skin is Dark Skin Gloss, Forest by Minnu Models. I made my own shape and eyes, hair is Ivana by Six Kennedy of Gurl 6 in honor of her time as a Post 6 Grrl. Hope ya like, thanks for reading!

The backgrounds are shitty in every single post 6 photo shoot. In this one - they are actually better than usual. Usually they are poor quality images magnified to a point where you can almost make out the individual pixels.

Why does that face look so completely expressionless? Is it because it is at almost the exact same angle in each photograph? Could this be post 6's first 2-dimensional model?

I think her avatar is pretty well done. The photos on the other hand... I mean, there's 3 of them, all of them with barely different poses (looks like 2 are the same actually), and with a quick "stand here" *snap* "done" kinda background work it looks like. There's photographers all over SL, can't we do better than this?
